Ticket purchase

Tickets for sightseeing tours can be purchased at the entrance to individual tourist sites. Tickets for combined sightseeing tours can be purchased at ticket offices at the Postojna Cave and the Predjama Castle.

Ticket offices are open daily, starting half an hour before the first scheduled tour. For more detailed information on tour times have a look at the timetables.

If you wish to avoid waiting in line, you can also purchase tickets online.

The selected tickets apply to specific tours and are not transferrable.

Benefits

Children aged 5 or less can attend sightseeing tours free of charge.

Ticket prices also include basic accident insurance which amounts to 1 EUR per each individual tourist site.

Additional products and services on offer

A prior arrangement is required for any special services, with the exception of hire of audio guides and raincoats.

Notification ahead of time (a minimum of 3 working days before the planned arrival) is required for all adventure tours. Adventure tours of medium and high difficulty levels are not suitable for children aged 15 or less, with the exception of prior arrangements and if children are accompanied by older people. The hire of caving equipment, whenever necessary, is included in the price of a service. 30 % of the value of a service needs to be paid in advance.
