The main ticket office is located in the Postojna Cave Park, at the front end of the promenade, next to the black building of the Expo Cave Karst pavilion, about 150 metres from the Postojna Cave entrance. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office in front of the Predjama Castle.

Payment can be made by debit and credit cards or in cash.

When you purchase tickets online, you will receive tickets with a QR code by email. Either print them out in advance or save them on your phone – you will need to show them before you enter the selected attraction (Postojna Cave, Predjama Castle, Expo Cave Karst, Vivarium). You have to be at the Postojna Cave entrance at least 30 minutes before your tour. Payments for tickets bought online can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Activa, and Visa) or PayPal.

We recommend buying tickets online in advance and, during the summer in particular, purchasing them at least a day before the planned visit to the Postojna Cave Park.

Tour Time Change

The ticket is valid only for the tour time it was purchased for. The tour time can be changed up until 30 minutes before the selected Postojna Cave tour time. Twenty-four hours or more before the selected tour time, the change is free of charge. Later than that, the tour time change fee is 2 EUR per ticket. Less than 30 minutes before the tour time, the change can no longer be made online, but only at the Postojna Cave Park ticket office, where the change fee is 5 EUR per ticket.

If you have bought a ticket combo package, you can use the services included in the package within 30 days of your first tour – you must go on the Postojna Cave tour at the reserved tour time, while all the other tours can be done whenever it suits you best within 30 days.

All Postojna Cave Park ticket holders are provided with basic accident insurance for the duration of their stay in the area where the attractions are located, so make sure you keep the tickets until the end of your visit to the Park.
