Tickets for tours of the Postojna Cave Park sights can be purchased online or at the ticket office.
The main ticket office is located in the Postojna Cave Park, at the front end of the promenade, next to the black building of the Expo Cave Karst pavilion, about 150 metres from the Postojna Cave entrance. Tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office in front of the Predjama Castle.
Payment can be made by debit and credit cards or in cash.
If you buy tickets online, a purchase confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon arrival to the Park, you need to exchange the purchase confirmation for tickets at a special express ticket office. Collect your tickets no later than 30 minutes before your tour time. Payments for tickets bought online can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Activa, and Visa) or PayPal.
We recommend buying tickets online in advance and, during the summer in particular, purchasing them at least a day before the planned visit to the Postojna Cave Park.
On the day of your visit, you can also avoid the queues by purchasing the Fast Track Tickets for the next tour. The Fast Track fee is charged for adults and students, not, however, for children.
Good to Know
The ticket is valid only for the tour time it was purchased for. If you are late for your tour, the next available tour time will be arranged for you at the ticket office. The ticket change fee is 1 EUR.
If you are interested in adventure caving tours, send us an email with your wishes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have bought a ticket combo package, you can use the services included in the package within 30 days of your first tour – you must go on the Postojna Cave tour at the reserved tour time, while all the other tours can be done whenever it suits you best within 30 days.
All Postojna Cave Park ticket holders are provided with basic accident insurance for the duration of their stay in the area where the attractions are located, so make sure you keep the tickets until the end of your visit to the Park.
