Our carefully curated wine list, created by sommeliers Marko Koren & Vanesa Centrih, showcases the very best of Slovenian boutique wine production. With a representative collection of over 250 top-quality Slovenian wines, it truly represents the crème de la crème of what Slovenia has to offer.

While we are immensely proud of our wine list and our wine room, affectionately known by our sommeliers as the “Sanctuary”, being recognized in the Star Wine List guide came as a delightful surprise. It stands as a testament to our dedication and a confirmation of our efforts in promoting Slovenia as a premier wine and gastronomic destination.

As Slovenia Ambassadors Ožbej Peterle and Ksenia Caron put it with a smile: “Less than 10% of Slovenian wine is exported. Not because it isn’t good, but because it’s so good that Slovenians prefer to drink it themselves.”
